Hannah (Nancy)MOSSMOSS - HANNAH (NANCY). Peacefully on February 22nd, 2015, at Eryl Fryn House care home, Llandudno, aged 95. Formerly of Vaynol Park, Bangor. Wife of the late Jason and much-loved Mum of Anthony, Daphne and Carolyn. She was adored by her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and revered by her extended family. Thanks to the matron and staff at Eryl Fryn House for their care and devotion. Cremation and a service of loving memories at Colwyn Bay Crematorium, Mochdre, on Wednesday March 11th at 3.30pm.
