Patricia AnneMOSSIt is with great sadness we announce the passing of Patricia Moss who has passed away in the care of Leighton Hospital surrounded by her loving family aged 66 years. A loving Wife to Steve, loving Mum to Lee and Wayne, Devoted Nan to Ryan, Leah and Lucy, Cherished Sister, Daughter-In-Law, Sister-In-Law, Auntie, Cousin and a treasured friend to many, Patricia will be very sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service will take place at Crewe Crematorium Chapel on Thursday 9th June 2022 at 2:45pm. It is requested for family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers will be gratefully received for The British Heart Foundation and Towards a commemorative bench and tree in memory of Patricia.
