PhyllisMOUNTFORD(nee Parr) Suddenly at rest on 5th June 2017 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital, Phyllis aged 93 years. Beloved and devoted wife of the late John Frederick, deeply cherished mum of Allen, Jacqueline, Judy, Patrick and Neil. Treasured mother-in-law of Susan, Derek and Kim, a much loved nana and great-nana. Phyllis will be sadly missed but lovingly remembered by her family. Funeral Service to be held at Tunstall Methodist Church on Friday 30th June at 9:45am followed by burial at Tunstall Cemetery.
