JayneMOUNTFORDMOUNTFORD (Jayne) Suddenly, on Saturday 1st December 2018 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital, in the presence and loving care of her devoted family, Jayne, aged 27 years, of Fenton. The much loved and very special mummy of Lexi and Amara, the dearly loved and precious daughter of Bill and Janet, a loving granddaughter to Jean, a much loved and treasured sister of David, Karen and Lynne, a dear sister in law to Wendy, Nathan and Dave, dearly loved by Shak and a much loved aunty. Jayne will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and many friends. Funeral service to take place at Fenton Park Methodist Church, Fenton on Wednesday 19th December 2018 at 11.45am, prior to interment at Fenton Cemetery.
