HazelMOUNTFORDPeacefully at rest on Monday 24th July 2023 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital after a long illness bravely fought. Hazel aged 74 years. The much loved wife of Michael. Devoted mum of Michael and Claire. Hazel will always be loved by all her family and many friends. Funeral service and cremation at Carmountside Crematorium on Tuesday 15th August 2023 at 11am, Would relatives kindly accept this intimation, friends are invited to meet at the crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations if desired would be gratefully accepted for The Douglas Macmillan Hospice. A donation plate will be available at the crematorium.
