John SempleMUIRHEADPeacefully at home on Wednesday 29th April 2020 after a long illness John devoted husband of Anne, beloved dad to Gregor and Clark, father-in-law to Nicky and Lynne. A much loved paps and papa John to all his grandchildren. A dearly loved brother in law and uncle. A good friend to many who will be sadly missed by all. Due to the current circumstances it will be a private funeral.

Only really knew Mr Muirhead in passing both he and Mrs Muirhead some days out for a walk. Always a cheery smile and a hello , how are you. Andrew remembers better from childhood days at the house. It was always easy to see where Greg and Clark get their disposition from since never known them other than equally cheery and friendly. The village was built on people like him. Our best wishes and sympathies. Colin, Anna, Stuart and Doch. X

The world won’t be the same without John Muirhead. Such a sad loss to us all. John was always cheery, welcoming, always had lots to say and took an interest in what we were all doing . Very proud of his family. Going to be missed by all us Rimmer girls, posting this for those who aren’t on the internet.
Deepest sympathy to all the family and especially to Nan. You are all very much in our thoughts and hearts. RIP John x
