Rex EdwardMUNDYPassed away peacefully surrounded by his family at the Royal Derby Hospital on 18th September 2018, aged 68 years.
Beloved husband of Lorraine, devoted father of Gary and Peter, dearly loved father in law to Gemma and Debbie, cherished grandad to Jon, Jordan, Harry, Sophie, Jack, Toby, Jayden, Olly and great grandad to Logan.
He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends.
Funeral service Thursday 4th October 2:00pm, in the Main Chapel at Markeaton Crematorium, followed by a celebration of his life at the Paddock, Breadsall.
