I have recently moved back to Devon and only just picked up on the sad passing of Clive. What a character. A generous man. Happy memories.

RIP Clive Munro. Great memories of our times together in Torquay, especially on the car treasure hunts and over many beers in the evenings at Mr Matts Club, Chelston.

RIP Munro - you were such a good mate. Gill and I have such memories of slithering around on skis and in cars in Val D'Isere with you and Richard Chalker. You boys had a flat above what you called the office (nearest telephone) so you and Chalks could call home and check up on everyone under your care. You were such a staunch pal after Chalks died and I've never forgotten that - or the cars and buses you sold me. Brilliant vehicles. I notice that these days there are no taxis left with a Munro Motor Co. sticker in the back window. There was a time when almost all the taxi drivers in town seemed to have got their cars from you. All a long time ago but such good memories.
