Bernard M.B.EMURPHYMURPHY - BERNARD M.B.E. October 17th, 2014. Aged 93 years. Arnhem Veteran and 1st Border & 131 Para Engineer Regiments. Formerly of Huyton with Roby, Liverpool and Thornton Hough. Wirral. Reunited with beloved wife, the late Doreen. Devoted son of John and Mary, dearly loved brother of Teresa, and the late Jack, Len, Mary, Eddie and Tony, much loved brother-in-law of John, Pila and Lucy, dearest uncle of all his nephews and nieces. Bernard was very much loved and will be deeply missed by all his close family and friends. A Requiem Mass will be held in St. Theresa's R.C. Church at 12.00 noon on Friday October 31st, 2014, followed by Cremation in St. Helens.
