Thanks to Carol for organising the family flowers, Suzannah at Littleover Co op Funeral, Danielle for conducting the service, and the staff of 410 and Macmillan Wards at the Derby Royal Hospital. The family would also like to thank all those who made donations in lieu of flowers. These will be given to The British Heart Foundation.
