Dear Carmel, I have known you since I started working for you nearly 50 years ago at the Cheylesmore and then the Holyhead pubs. I have fond memories of my time with you and Roger and how Derek became close friends with my Children but especially Shirley and that bond remains to this day. I will watch over him now you have gone to join Roger and all your other brothers and sisters
RIP
