Dr John StanleyMURRELLOn Saturday 26th October 2024, peacefully at RCHT Treliske, aged 96 years of Lambe Creek House, Old Kea. Devoted husband to Jane, much loved father to Niki, Susie and Hugh and proud grandfather and great grandfather. A stalwart of Treliske Hospital, Consultant Haematologist, responsible for establishing the Haematology Department at Treliske. Renowned local yachtsman. He will be greatly missed by family, colleagues and all who knew him at the hospital or on the water. Funeral service 10.00 am, Friday 15th November 2024, Penmount Crematorium. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, would be greatly received for the Cornwall Leukemia Trust via www.memorygiving.com or by retiring collection.
