Many thanks also for all the lovely flowers, cards and donations received. Special mention to Dr G Cox, Staff on Ward E14, Q.M.C. and also Staff on John Proctor Ward at Lings Bar. Also to all Nurses and Carers who attended Derrick at home. Last but not least to Lymns, Harrods, for all the funeral arrangements.
