Funeral to be held on Tuesday 16th June at Fife:Forthview Dalgety Church at 1.45pm and Dunfermline Crematorium at 2.45pm to which all are invited.
Family flowers only please but donations may be given for Alzheimer Scotland after the services or on Ann's online tribute page.
