Gloucester Royal Hospital, A & E and Critical Assessment Departments, Sue Ryder Hospice, Leckhampton for their wonderful care, Dr Emma Husbands and Floss of the Palliative Care Team, Dr McMorland, St Johns Avenue Surgery, Andy Bird, Hearing, Neighbour's George, Mandy, Mike and Family. The Reverend Jayne Fellows for the lovely Service and Selim Smith & Co Funeral Services and to all who attended the Service, sent flowers and donations in lieu. Lastly thanks to all the Family for their visits to Dad and a special thank you to Karen for her invaluable help and care.
