LynNELSONPassed away peacefully on 25th November 2018 at Arrow Park Hospital surrounded by Family. Funeral Service to be held at Chester Crematorium, Thursday 13th of December at 3.20pm. Family flowers only please, but donations in Lyn's memory to Hospice of the Good Sheppard. All enquiries to Co-op Funeralcare, Hoole.
