JessieNEWBYSuddenly following a short illness, on the 31st of July 2020, in the care of Edmund House. Much loved wife of the late Ron, loving mum of Ann and the late David, dear mother-in-law to Mick and Sue, grandma to Nicola and Neil, great-grandma and great-great-grandma. A private service will take place at Woodlands Crematorium, Scunthorpe on Thursday the 13th of August 2020 at 12.40pm. My Sewing Buddy

You were my sewing buddy when we both worked at Malins fabric shop and when we went to evening classes to learn even more sewing. It was a competition to see who could buy fabric on a Saturday and wear it to work on the Monday. I was also your hairdresser on our day off and when Kieran came along he was nursed on your knee while you were under the dryer or taken down the garden by Ron. Rest in peace Jessie xx
