Robert EdwardNEWTON(Benwell) Passed away peacefully with his family by his side, after a short illness on 7th December 2022, aged 85 years. Bob, beloved husband of Ellen. Devoted dad of Kevin, John and Gary. Father-in-law of Mandy, Paula and Julie. Much loved grandad of Kerry, Michael, Liam, Alex and Kieran. Loving great grandad of Jordan, Michael, Kaitlyn, Liam, Myla, Nellie and George. Bob will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Service to be held at West Road Crematorium on Friday 23rd December at 1.15pm. Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to British Lung Foundation and Cancer Research U.K.
