Eric DonaldNEWTONAfter a short illness, Eric passed away peacefully surrounded by family in Lincoln County Hospital on 14th August 2023, aged 86. Beloved Husband of Florence and loving Father of Ian, Jillian and Keith. A private family cremation will be followed by a memorial service at the Trinity United Reformed Church, St Martin's Square, Lincoln on Monday 18th September 12.30. Eric was a very active barbershop singer with the Harmony Lincs chorus over the last few years. He was a talented Baritone in the chorus and will be sadly missed. A true gentleman who was well respected by all who sang with him.

To a simply wonderful man who leaves both a vacuum and a bounty in his wake. Stepfather, Grandad, friend to all and advocate of the underdog. All advice, enrichment and guidance provided always without obligation. Consummate leader, explorer, bridge builder and confidante. Not afraid of a real challenge and ever an exemplar for us.
