TressylanNOONANNOONAN On Friday, February 23rd, Tressylan, aged 87 years of Perrancombe, Perranporth passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, February 28th at 1:00pm in St. Michael's Church, Perranporth followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please but donations in lieu made payable to Perranporth Surgery Equipment Fund or Macmillan Cancer Relief Cornwall by retiring collection or may be forwarded to the Funeral Directors, A. C. Richards & Son, Station Approach, New Road, Perranporth, TR6 0LH. (01872) 572027.

Tressie was a good friend, a marvellous cook and had a brilliant sense of humour. She cooked a barnstormer of an apple pie and taught me how to get the best out of your larder, and a great home-made soup maker. She passed on all of her gifts to her wonderful daughter Patricia who still runs Bolenna Court a "boutique hotel" in Perranporth. We will not see their like again and finally Tressie "More Apple Pies".
