DanielO'MARAIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Danny O'Mara in his 90th year, at the Royal Liverpool University Hospital with his son Gerald and daughter Theresa by his side.

He will be deeply missed by his family and friends in Liverpool and County Clare, Ireland. May he rest in peace. Funeral Mass to be held at the Blessed Sacrament Church, Walton Vale on Friday 26th July 2024 at 11.00am followed by interment at Thornton Garden of Rest.

Deepest sympathy to Theresa & Gerald and to all of Danny’s family.
Met Danny over 30 years ago when on a visit over to Liverpool to my brother John. He gave me his phone number then, which I kept, and how important this was in March last year when we couldn’t contact John (at Walton Park) and I rang Danny to check on him. This finished in unfortunate circumstances but it was great to get the help and the background knowledge from Danny and ‘Donegal Mick’ when we had to go over to Liverpool thereafter.

Theresa & Gerald, our heartfelt sympathies to you on the passing of your dad. We are forever thankful to Danny ( "The Feakle Man") for his friendship and kindness to our late brother John in Liverpool over many years - both great Co Clare people! Danny..We have lost the best plasterer anywhere..
You plastered virtually the whole of Orrell Park.
Great memories of you as we grew up in Southfield...U always had time for us kids, even tho U were always busy doing your jobs..
Rest in eternal peace Dan you will never be forgotten...
