PatriciaOAKESWith heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Patricia (Pat) Oakes (nee Holmes) on 13th December 2024, surrounded by the love of her devoted husband, Bob, and her children, Hayley, Sarah, and Daniel.
Pat was the heart of our family, a proud and loving nanny to her six grandchildren: Charley, Bradley, Maisie, Hannah, Dylan, Solomon and a doting great-grandmother to Ava and Jesse.
Her warmth, strength, and kindness will be missed more than words can express.
Pat's wishes were not to have a service, therefore if anyone would like to make a donation in her memory, the family support Dementia UK.
Rest peacefully, Patsy. You will remain forever in our hearts and memories. Love you Mum
