Patricia AnnOAKLEY'Pat' Passed away on Tuesday the 18th December 2018 aged 76 years. Loving wife of the late Alan, much loved mum of Phil, Rob and the late Ian and their partners. A treasured gran who will be sadly missed by all. Funeral service will take place at Markeaton Crematorium (Main Chapel) on Monday 14th January at 10.00 am.
