AnnO'CONNORpassed away peacefully October 8th, aged 78. Reunited with her loving Husband Jerry, beloved Mum to her girls, adored Granny and Great Granny and respected sister in law.

Ann's funeral service will be held at 1.30pm on Thursday 26th October at St Winifrides Roman Catholic Church, Charnwood Road, Shepshed, LE12 9QY.

Family flowers only, donations for Diabetes UK, will be gratefully received on the day.
