To Brian's family and friends, just to say how terribly sad I am to hear of "Mr Odell's" passing, I'd have dearly loved to have seen him again to thank him for everything he taught me at Bushmead Secondary & Longsands Comprehensive, he was always extremely supportive & kind, it must be around 25 years since I last shared a beer with him after playing cricket against him at Kimbolton CC when he played for Cambridge Granta CC. In short he was my boyhood hero, a legend, and he will never be forgotten, RIP Mr Odell.
