GeoffreyOGDENGeoffrey passed away peacefully at home on Monday 28th Sept 2020. Aged 91. Husband of Margaret, Step Father of Carolyn & Steven, Grandpa to Rebecca, Emma & Samantha. Funeral service to take place on Friday 9th October at 9.45 at Bamford Chapel. Followed by Cremation at Rochdale Crematorium at 10.30. Donations to Springhill Hospice & Dementia UK. All enquiries to Cottage Funeral Service, Heywood 01706 624 998.

I have only just seen the obituary notice for Geoff Ogden and I send my belated condolences to his wife Margaret and his family. I have fond memories of Geoff. He played the organ at my wedding in 1967 and also at my parent’s wedding in 1946. Both weddings at York St Congregational Church, Heywood.
