Dear Mr & Mrs Ogden, Dave & Chris. There is honestly hardly a week that goes by when I don't think of Joanne. Something pops up and reminds me of our friendship - usually a song, or something I've read. When I moved to boarding school in Manchester, Jo & I were so excited about having the chance to hang out together, and then the worst possible thing happened. I just want you to know that Jo has remained in my heart for all this time, and I always remember her birthday. She was a wonderful friend and still badly missed, 40 years on.
