NaomiOGLESBY- SMITHOur precious "Annie" sadly passed away on 10.07.2026, aged 61. Her ashes are at peace in London, where her life journey began.
Annie was a "force of nature" from the beginning- vivacious, energetic, determined, focused, creative, compassionate and kind. Those who knew her, or even knew of her, will know exactly what I mean. Annie was no wallflower; memories are rich and full. Even in the quiet and heavy place of grief, recollections of heartiness, togetherness, love and laughter are present and strong. For this, I am grateful.
To me, Annie was Aunty, although she was much more- a mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, niece, friend, partner, neighbour, and nurturer of many children from her days as a childminder and nursery owner in Metheringham (she remembered you all).
You are much loved and much missed, Aunty!
