Mick (Micko) sadly passed away, suddenly but peacefully in Diana Princess of Wales Hospital on the 8th October 2026, aged 81 years. A much loved, quietly proud dad of Michelle, devoted partner of Pam, dear father in law of Martin, loving grandad to Amy and Jason and special great grandad to Rupert and George, sadly missed brother of Kath and the late Roger. Reunited with his loving wife Rose, Mick will be missed by all his family and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held at The Pelham Suite, Cambridge Road, Grimsby on Tuesday 3rd November at 1:15p.m, followed by interment at Scartho Road Cemetery.
By request, black & white themed attire to be worn to represent Mick's love for Newcastle United.
Family flowers only please, but donations in Mick's memory can be made to Diabetes UK. A donation box will be available on the day of the funeral.
