Isabel AnneOLDFIELDSadly the news of the passing of Anne Ford has reached her home town Penzance in Cornwall, and her funeral is being held in the Gold Coast, Queensland on Monday, 24th February 2020. Anne was the daughter of George and Una Ford, well known residents of Penzance, and her sister Jenny is still resident there. She attended St. Clare School where she was Head Girl in her final year. She went to Whitelands College where she trained as a teacher, and took up her first teaching post at St. Just. She married an Australian and moved out to that country, where she continued to teach. She had two children, Mark and Jane. She was greatly loved and will be missed by all the family.
