Adored and loving mother of Jonathan, much loved mother-in-law of Michelle, doting nanna of Bethan, beloved sister of Joop, Tom and Albert, devoted partner of Peter, cherished by Katie, James and George. Caroline will be greatly missed by all her loving family and friends. The funeral will be held on Thursday, 19th December. Service and cremation at Swansea Crematorium at 11.30am.
