Patrick ThomasOLIVERSadly passed away at Chapter House Care Home, Tuesday 18th June 2024 aged 79 years.
A much loved dad to Jim, brother of Tim and Phil. A doting grandad of Rosie, Ruby, Claudia and Florence.
A service for Tom will be held at the Haltemprice Crematorium, Willerby, Tuesday 2nd July at 2.30pm.
Family flowers only please but any donations, if so desired, may be left as you leave the chapel for Alzheimer's Research UK.
