Uncle, I still can’t believe I am writing this tribute because of your passing. Words cannot describe this difficult moment, but if I have to say goodbye I will do so with the knowledge that I consider myself blessed to have lived this life as your niece. You touched so many peoples lives with your humble, caring, loving ways, your wicked sense of humour and your good heart and soul and I can still hear your booming laughter now which makes me smile. The joy, happiness and amazing memories you have given me over the years will stay in my heart always and forever. You always met me with a big hug and warm smile.

You let me sit in your shop on a tall stool I used to have to climb, sat by the icelolly freezer. I would be eating a freezepop watching the shop with you and you let me use the till, price gun and help stock up. Our caravan trips to the South of France where I remember you said to my brother Liam (your nephew) who was so hot to stand in the cool box with water and ice cubes, this made us all laugh and smile as he went and did it. I spent a lot of time with you and Aunty Catherine at your home/the shop and we always had so much fun.

I will miss so many moments with you

May your gentle soul rest in the arms of the lord now in peace
Love you always
Laura xxxx

Am still in shock that you have gone.... but I want you to know how grateful I am of your presence through out my life. You were a shoulder to cry on and an ear to listen but mainly you advised me and listened. You weren't my dad or step dad but you where like one to me, memories of you sending me and Ricky under the house when renovating the house bought in ridgeway lol oh the times. Oh and telling me am taking to much skin off the potatoes lol. Seriously though I can honestly say not only was Kelly, Ryan and Ricky lucky to have you looking out for them growing up but so was I. You are truly an amazing man Paul O'Malley and everyone who ever got to meet you knew it too. R.I.P. Old man lol sorry love you always xx
