We were honored to be able to share in our cousin Brendan’s funeral service today. “May the road rise to meet you and the wind be at your back…..”, words that were read today from the Irish poem were so fitting to his love of travel and hiking. He would especially appreciate those words as he has completed his long journey home to his loving wife Wendy and all his cherished family. Brendan’s love for Wendy and his girls was always evident in his actions and emails. As he enjoys his heavenly reward we hold dear his memory that is indelible. May God console his family as they grieve his loss from their physical presence but celebrate his spirit and memory in all that they do.
