PatrickO'SULLIVANPeacefully whilst at home and in his sleep, Pat passed away on the 16th November 2024, aged 101 years.
Devoted husband of the late Betty, loving Dad of Lynn & Gail. Father in law to Alan and John. A cherished Grandad to David, Clare, Lisa, Matthew and the late Sarah. Also a Great Grandad, Uncle and close friend to many.
A celebration of Pat's life will be held at Woodlands Crematorium on Monday the 9th December at 12:00 noon.
Family flowers only please by request however donations in lieu and in memory of Pat may be made following the ceremony to the British Heart Foundation.
