Peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital, aged 89 years and of Tynewydd Road, Rhyl.
Beloved husband of Marion, loving father of Sandra and Ian, dear father-in-law of Heather and the late Mike, treasured grandad of Josh and Charlotte and much loved brother of Doreen.
Funeral Service will be held at St. Ann's Church, Rhyl on Monday, 22nd December at 2:00pm, followed by Committal at St. Asaph Crematorium.
No flowers please, but if desired, donations in Cecil's memory will be gratefully received towards St. Kentigern Hospice via the offertory plates at church.
