Devoted mum of Shane, Charlie, Connor, Olivia and Jessica, much loved daughter of Ian and the late Elaine and loved sister of Jodie.
The cortege will leave McNulty Funeral Home, 25 New North Parade on Thursday 21st March,
for service and cremation at Huddersfield Crematorium, at 2.45pm.
Relatives and friends please accept this intimation and meet at the crematorium.
No need to wear black, purple would be appropriate.
Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu if so desired to Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, for which a donation box will be available at the crematorium.
