LesliePALINGPeacefully in York Hospital after a short illness, on the 7th June 2024.

Much loved Husband to the late Jean, Brother to Richard, Stepfather, Step-grandfather, Uncle and Great-Uncle.

Greatly missed by the many people who loved him.

Funeral service to be held on Wednesday 10th July at Chanterlands Crematorium (Large Chapel) 9:30am.

No flowers please but any donations gratefully received by Dove House Hospice.

Fond memories of Les. He was the man who helped me find a job after I had been made redundant. He worked as my mother’s right hand man in the Employment services and was a brilliant investigator. He introduced me to Freemasonry and helped me understand the complicated bits. I will always be grateful to Les who is now at peace. ❤️❤️
