Rosemary DaviesPAMELA(nee Crocker) Died suddenly on 14th April in hospital. Funeral at Mortlake Crematorium on Monday, 27th April at 12 noon. Pam is greatly missed by her son Simon, her family and wide circle of friends. Family flowers only, donations to Macmillan Cancer Support.
