James HenryPARFITTIt is with great sadness that we announce the passing of James "Jim" Henry Parfitt, who died peacefully surrounded by family at the UHCW, Walsgrave, Coventry at the age of 92.

Born and raised in Earlsdon Coventry, Jim was the loving father of Faye and Phillip, a cherished brother to Ron and Sylvia, and a beloved uncle to Stephen and Roger. He was also a proud and doting grandfather to Christopher and Jamie. Jim's kind heart, warm smile, and infectious laughter will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A man of strength and character, Jim lived a life full of love and dedication to his family. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.

A funeral service to celebrate Jim's life will take place on Wednesday, 26th February, at 10:30am at the Canley Crematorium, 180 Cannon Hill Road, CV4 7DF, Coventry. All are welcome to attend and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory may be made to The British Heart Foundation or to The Myton Hospices, both charities being close to Jim's heart.

Miss Money Penny here,
It was a pleasure getting to know you Mr.Bond, I used to love your visits to the Pharmacy (even when you didn't need any meds, you would pop in to shout those famous words) Loved seeing your smiling face & listening to your stories, also on the odd occasion I did deliveries, I would see you tending to the lovely gardens.
Heaven has gained a lovely new angel ❤️ RIP xxx
