Robert BernardPARKERDied peacefully at home on Monday 11th December 2023, aged 76 years.

Robert was a loving husband to Sue, a supportive father to Louise, Sarah and Nick and a generous grandfather to Amara, Finlay, Bodhi, George, Monte and Fia. Robert was a dedicated public servant, representing Carholme ward residents as their Labour County Councillor from 1989 - 2023, and was leader of Lincolnshire County Council between 1993-1997.

The funeral service will take place on Friday 5th January 2024 at St Faiths Church on Charles Street West at 10.00am, followed by a family only burial service at Long Leys Road Cemetery.
