Beloved husband of Rachel, dearly loved dad of Sarah and Michael, grandad of Alfie & Emily and brother to Richard. Funeral Tuesday 18th June. Service at Ticknall Church at 11am, followed by interment in the Churchyard. Family flowers only please, donations may be given to Treetops Hospice, Ward 303 at the Royal Derby Hospital and CTAU at the Royal Derby Hospital (cheques payable to Derby and Burton Hospitals Charity).
