CatherinePARKESOn the 6th May 2024, peacefully at her home, with her family by her side, Cath Parkes, nee Milne, beloved wife of the late John, much loved Mum of Fiona and Alastair, and loving Granny to all her grandchildren, and Granny Cath to all her great grandchildren.

Service at Maxwelltown West Church on Thursday 30th May at 12.45pm, funeral thereafter to Gamerigg Cemetery. All friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Family flowers only please. Donations if desired for Marie Curie can be given at the service in memory of Cath.

My aunt and Cathy went to school together. So sorry to hear of her passing in 2024. My aunt (Pauline Young) I think made Cathy’s wedding dress. I remember taking my aunt to one of her wedding anniversary celebrations. Warm wishes to her family.
