WilliamPARKINFarewell Best Friend PARKIN William Willie Formerly of Ubberley Road, Bentilee; Willie passed away April 21st 2017 aged 70 years in Shaftesbury, Dorset leaving a wife and three grown up children. Willie and I were inseparable in the early sixties but lost touch in early 1966 when I started courting and he went travelling. Despite many attempts over the ensuing years, I was unable to locate my old best mate but I finally succeeded in the first Covid lockdown when a search unfortunately took me to his obituary. I have never met his wife but we hope to meet when it is safe. Farewell my best friend, I'm sorry we never got the chance to renew our friendship. Kelvin Morris
