Dearly loved Husband of the late Hazel, much loved Dad of Elaine, Mark and Andrew, devoted Grandad of Anna, Lewis, Chelsea and James, Great-Grandad of Luke, Oscar, Jude, Sofia and Phoebe.
Service to take place in the Maplewood Chapel, Stockton Crematorium, on Tuesday August 6th at 3pm. Friends please meet at the Crematorium Chapel.
No flowers please.
Any donations in lieu to MS Society. A donation box will be available at the Crematorium Chapel.
