Special thanks to all the staff from Douglas Macmillan, Marie Curie Nurses, Crossroads, Community Heart Nurses and District Nurses, Jeanette from Occupational Therapy, all of whom have shown care and kindness to Trevor. Also Pastor Paul Owen for his prayers and words of comfort.
