Thomas Edward NoelPARRYNoel died peacefully at The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital on March 18th, aged 92. Much loved husband of the late June (1999) and Beryl. Wonderful Father, to David, Andrew & Kevin, Grandfather and Great Grandfather. A Celebration of Noel's life will be held at Lapford Congregational Church on 11th April at 2:30pm.
