Richard. I only knew you briefly but in that time, enjoyed our messages to one another about our experiences and the old stomping grounds, that by coincidence we both knew.
Rest in peace.

"Say not in grief he is no more, but live in thankfulness that he was"

Dad, the world wasn't always kind to you, and I know that you struggled to find inner peace, often sweating the small stuff . I hope you know now that it doesn't matter and it never did.

You worked so hard and raised 4 daughters, doing your best to offer us opportunities and stability. You were our biggest cheerleaders and couldn't have been prouder of our achievements. I will miss not being able to pick your brains with a work question, and maybe one day be able to answer those questions on my own

You really were so brave at the end of your life and conducted yourself with such dignity. I'm so grateful your wishes were achievable, and I will hold dear that we were all there for that last glass of champagne.

Sleep well, father , love from Carla x

Didn't expect to lose you so quickly.
Even though we had our differences in our own way we loved each other we took our vows 44years ago till death do we part, we made that count till the end.
You were so brave and myself and the girls are so proud of you. Dont talk too much up there, I know You've got a lot to catch up with with your mum and not too many yaki dahs with my dad
Have fun
