Special thanks to all the Doctors and Nurses on the Amethyst Ward, Diana Princess of Wales Hospital and Ward 30 Castle Hill Hospital for their dedicated care and kindness. Many thanks to Rev. Chris Woadden for his comforting service, Mrs Gill Boulton for reading the poem and to The Royal Oak, Holton le Clay for the superb buffet. Finally, thank you to Gemma Walton and all involved at the Lincolnshire Co-Op Funeral Services, Louth for their professional handling of the funeral arrangements.
