Stan you were a legend in your own lunchtime. Always with a story and always with a smile, I’ll remember you most for the compassion you showed others, always finding time to listen and help.

I am a much better person for knowing you my friend, thanks for mentoring me during our time in the RAF. I will remember you and talk about you until it's my turn. RIP my friend.

Stan, your wit always lightened a heavy day. Fair winds and clear skies buddy...

We only met Stan a few times but he was a charming man and a big family man who will be very sadly missed by his family and friends.

We are privileged to have known Stan for 45 years.
His ability to make people laugh was matched by his kindness and generosity - Stan would do anything for anyone and we will miss him.

Stan, I’m so sorry to read of your passing, you were the best boss I ever worked for throughout my military career.
